Service Description
WHAT IS BROW LAMINATION? Brow lamination, also called a brow lift, is like a perm for your brows. A chemical treatment process to the eyebrow hair in which the intention is to take out any of the curls, kinks, or thinning to make the brows lie very flat and straight & to fill in gaps. Once the brows are chemically straightened they can be re-positioned into a “full, lifted shape.” The brushed up and polished results will visually increase the volume and expand the shape of your natural eyebrows. The hair length creates thickness while baby hair covers holes and gaps. Bonus, your eyes will look like they got a lift, and the results will last up to 6-8 weeks. DO'S AND DON'TS OF BROW LAMINATION AFTERCARE To avoid skin irritation, hair or skin dryness after the chemical treatment or to prolong the brow lamination effect, the following aftercare is recommended: Day 1: Don't wet or rub your eyebrows for 24h Don't apply any cream, oils or makeup on eyebrows Avoid sun exposure, sunbeds, sauna, shower, excessive sweat, and swimming pools for 48h Do not apply Retin-A, AHA ("alpha-hydroxy acids"), and do not exfoliate the brow area for at least 72 hours before or after the brow treatment. Avoid sleeping on your front within the first 24-48 hours. Day 2: Avoid contact with direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools Do not apply Retin-A, AHA ("alpha-hydroxy acids"), and do not exfoliate the brow area Day 3+: It is strongly recommended that you apply a conditioning eyebrow serum twice daily after brow lamination to maintain healthy, hydrated eyebrow hairs. MAXIMIZE YOUR NEXT BROW LAMINATION APPOINTMENT RESULTS! The brow lamination aftercare is hassle-free and easy to follow. Still, one step cannot be skipped—conditioning and nourishing the brows after the procedure with eyebrow conditioning serum is essential. Just as over-processing the hair on your scalp with chemicals and bleach can cause breakage, dryness, and even loss of hair, the same holds for eyebrow hair. With eyebrow enhancing serum, you can moisturize, condition, and maintain your eyebrows to maximize the results on your next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel 24 hrs in advance as to allow other clients a spot. If you need an appt before or after hours please call/ text me. No call, No shows. Next booked service is due in full at time of booking and is non- refundable. If cancelled after 24 hr requirement has passed there is a $25 fee "prior to" next service appt but is applied toward kept service.
